Students start by brainstorming for ideas incorporating aerodynamic designs. Then with a block of wood, they shape it,

drill holes for axles and a CO2 cartridge, sand and polish dragster.

The big day is when all the cars are raced. Cars are timed with computer controled Start and Stop Finish gates.
