Webquests such as the one done here, if used properly can be a very enlightening experience.

 Prior to assigning any webquest besure you layout guidelines as to the correct and proper use of the computer.  

Several lessons prior to the actual assignment, should cover such items as how to use a search engine, how to refine searches.  Encourage the students to find other appropriate links for their topic besides ones that you provide. 

Try to explain that just cutting and pasting is not an original piece of work, unless credit is given with footnotes, etc.
